Community standards for INFINITY ONLINE. All players are expected to follow these rules in-game and on official channels.
Fair Play
- Do not use bots, macros, hacks, packet editors, or any unauthorized third-party programs.
- Do not exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to support instead.
- Do not trade accounts, characters, or items for real money outside official systems.
- Do not impersonate Game Masters, staff, or other players.
Respectful Behavior
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse toward other players.
- No spam, advertising, or solicitation in public chat channels.
- No offensive, sexual, or inappropriate character or guild names.
- Respect party and guild leaders; do not intentionally sabotage group content.
PvP & Competition
- PvP is allowed only where the game design permits it. Do not grief low-level players unfairly.
- Do not coordinate with enemy factions to manipulate rankings or event rewards.
- Do not stall or abuse mechanics to deny others access to bosses or farming areas.
Account & Security
- Do not share, sell, or buy accounts.
- Do not attempt to steal accounts, items, or personal information (phishing).
- One player per account during competitive events unless staff says otherwise.
Staff & Support
Game Masters and support staff decisions are final in urgent moderation cases. False reports, abuse of the ticket system, or arguing with staff in bad faith may result in penalties.
Penalties
Depending on severity and history, violations may result in chat mute, temporary suspension, item removal, or permanent ban. Serious offenses (cheating, fraud, harassment) may lead to immediate permanent account closure.
Report a Violation
Use in-game reporting where available, open a 1:1 support ticket, or e-mail support@infinityhero.online with character names, date/time, and evidence (screenshots if possible).
